At Advantage Vascular, we believe that financial transparency is an essential part of your healthcare journey. Our goal is to make the insurance and billing process as clear and straightforward as the care we provide.
Financial Policy
All co-payments, deductibles, and non-covered service fees are due at the time of your appointment.
Prior balances must be resolved before scheduling future elective appointments.
Some specialized procedures may not be covered by insurance. We will provide a Good Faith Estimate for these services in advance.
For those without insurance, we offer a self-pay discount when payment is made in full at the time of service.
Billing Information
We will file your insurance claims on your behalf. Please ensure we have your most current insurance card on file.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.
Insurance Participation
We are in-network with a wide range of national and regional insurance providers. Because plan coverage can change, we recommend verifying your benefits with your carrier prior to your visit.
